The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Notice to California Residents
California Civil Code section 1798.83 requires disclosure to California users free of charge and upon request of the identity of any third parties to whom Personal Information has been disclosed within the previous calendar year, along with the type of Personal Information disclosed, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes.
