Paul graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organization with a minor in Marketing. He is active with the university as a guest speaker for the School of Business, as well as participating in their young mentor program through the Alumni association.
Paul started in the IT space 15 years ago as an accounts payable and receivables clerk. He transitioned into an Operations Manager overseeing a professional services team of 10+ managing complex statements of work and diverse project objectives. Paul then later transitioned into a full time Account Manager, successfully selling solutions to local well known financial, educational, healthcare and local municipalities.
Soon after, he was recruited to become a Director of Operations for an upcoming IT firm in South Florida where in the first year of employment helped grow their company from 7 to 21 full time employees. Paul oversaw all operational, accounting, human resources, vendor and distributor relations, as well as overseeing US based sales. This resulted in a promotion to Vice President of Operations after successfully proving his capabilities. While performing regularly scheduled duties, Paul was also a successful account manager selling diverse data center, security, and collaboration solutions.
Paul’s passion for starting NXT GEN Technologies stems from a strong entrepreneurial spirit which he inherited at a young age from his father and the desire to help companies build business solutions. The company’s main services include but are not limited to cyber security, cloud and managed services, data center solutions, specifically concentrating on hyperconverged infrastructure, for any business locally or nationwide. The company services all verticals of business including healthcare, legal, financial, B2B commerce, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and government, among others.
Paul has grown NXT GEN Technologies’ revenue by 60% during COVID-19 pressed times. He started the company three years ago and already has surpassed $5 million in revenue. His company is ranked #14 out of the “Top 25 Fastest Growing Cloud Computing Companies” recognized in the South Florida Business Journal in 2020.
The company is headquartered in Miami, Florida where Paul resides with his wife, two beautiful daughters and a son.
